The policy of Pet Urgent Care is that payment is due at the time of service. We do not have any internal payment or credit plans. We partner with Care Credit and Scratch Pay as ways for you to pay for your pet’s health care. Any of our staff can help go over the benefits of these programs. We also ask that as clients you remain patient and respectful with the staff. If at any time you have questions or concerns make them known during your visit so that all concerns can be handled then.
Currently our office can service dogs, cats, and certain exotic species.
Currently, we ask that you call ahead if you have an emergency with a pet that is not a dog or cat as we only have limited doctors on staff that can treat these pets.
